Community Outings

Out N About Group provides community participation and activities for adults with special needs receiving Passport funding. A monthly calendar is distributed and individuals can sign up in advance for the events they are interested in. Event calendars will contain the date, time, cost and meeting location of the event. Individuals arrive to program by DARTS. DARTS is booked by the Out N About Group administration team. If the individual does not take Darts, they are welcome to take city transit, or make their own transportation arrangements. Reminder calls, texts, or emails are sent out the day before the event to remind the individuals of the event and tell them what time to be ready.
